What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service you need, a preferred date, a description, and optional photos. The newsletter form asks for an email. Calls and texts to (215) 555-0147 are answered by the crew.
How we use it
We use those details to reply, price the job, schedule the truck and send the updates you asked for. Photos are used to estimate the load. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept long enough to complete the job and handle a follow-up question. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing hello@melckwm.com.
