How light demolition works
This is teardown, not a general contractor. We take down decks, fences, sheds' cousins, kitchen cabinets, vanities and playsets, then haul every piece.
We do not touch structural walls, load-bearing work, or anything that needs a building permit and an engineer. If a job is bigger than light demo, we will say so.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
Questions about light demolition
Is haul-away included?
Yes. Tear-down without a second trip for the debris is the point.
Do you remove kitchen cabinets?
Yes. Cabinets and vanities come off the wall and leave with us. Plumbing and electrical disconnects should be done first.
What will you not demolish?
Structural walls, foundations, and anything hazardous such as asbestos. We will tell you before we start if a piece is out of scope.
