Vacant units need to be empty, documented and ready for the next key turn. We work from a lockbox, photograph before and after, and send the set with the invoice.
Next-day turnaround is the usual target. Personal papers we find are set aside and reported, not tossed without a look.
The crew confirms a firm price in person before anything is moved. You pay after the job, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.

Do you need someone on site?
No. Lockbox and garage codes are enough for most trash-outs. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
